Tendencies in changes of the world and Polish milk sector

In the effect of trade liberalization, being the result of the WTO Uruguay Round, as well as of globalization of the world market, many changes in milk sector have accelerated. Polish milk sector is facing new severe challenges. The most important is the necessity to complete quality revolution which is one of the main conditions for being competitive. Changes which occurred in the milk sector after introduction WTO regulation in particular countries curring out different intervention policies have been discussed in the article
