The present work continues the series field experiments in which soil fertility is determined by evaluating soil "blooming", as a result of development of large amount of cells (millions on square cm) of phototrophic microorganisms (eucariotic algae and procaryotic blue-green algae-cyanobacteria) in the overlayer of the soil. Functional structural groups of photoautotrophic microorganisms that display adequate reaction to mineral fertilizers in field experiments with short and long-term application are specified
