Zmienność cech solarnych agroklimatu Niziny Śląskiej | Variability of solar features of Lower Silesia agroclimate
2017
Bryś, Krystyna
Seasonal and year to year variability of the solar energy incoming to agricultural areas of the Silesian Lowland have been analyzed in the study. Radiation trends have been educed on the base of 55-year (1961-2015) permanent measurements of global radiation and solar duration in the Agroand Hydrometeorology Observatory of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław-Swojec. The Observatory is a reliable source of knowledge about basic features of the Silesian Lowlands agroclimate due to a suitable location and soil conditions. The dynamics of annual, seasonal and monthly sums of global radiation and its the main components (direct radiation, diffuse radiation) on the background of variability of sunshine duration, air temperature, saturation deficit and precipitation for Wrocław-Swojec have been showed. Multi-annual variability of solar features of the Silesian Lowlands agroclimate has been linked with trends of the air circulation variations in a. macro- regional scale (European Synoptic Area). It has been showed as macroclimatic conditions which are linked with phases and sub-phases of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NOA). The recognition of trends and conditions of the solar energy resources variability for the Silesian Lowlands is of a great value for optimal development of agriculture, horticulture and fruit-growing (inc. grapevine cultivation) on the Lower Silesia area.
