The paper analyzed the climatic conditions of the 2021 harvest year and their effects on the growth and development of grapes of new selection varieties for the production of quality wines. The physico-chemical results obtained demonstrated the high quality of dry white wines from grape varieties of new selection, with high organoleptic qualities. Recommendations have been developed to improve the technologies for the production of quality dry white wines obtained from new selection varieties.
