Factors affecting the level of market prices and the level of rent for agricultural land in Slovakia

In this paper we deal with the evaluation of data from a questionnaire survey realized in 2020. The main goal of the questionnaire survey was to evaluate the information collected about factors that affect the level of market prices of agricultural land and the level of rent for agricultural land in Slovakia. The second objective of the questionnaire survey was to obtain real data about purchase prices of agricultural land and rental prices for agricultural land directly from agricultural enterprises. According to the respondents, the number of owners per plot has the highest influence on the level of market prices of agricultural land. According to the respondents, the level of rent is most affected by the type of land.
