The optimal variant of the mechanized vegetable crop production technology taking into account economic aspects is determined with a comprehensive choose of process operations using machine complexes of the farm and the availability of modern varieties and hybrids of planting and sowing material. The purpose of the work is to develop a conceptual technical and technological model and structure of machine production of vegetable crops and potatoes. The conceptual technical and technological model of the machine production of onions, carrots and table beets will allow in the long term to develop the vegetable and potato growing industry with reference to modern technologies of crop cultivation, management of machine-technological complexes and improving the quality of technological and production decisions taken in the machine production of vegetables. The model comprises structural units (varieties, plant protection products, and machine-technological systems), resources (availability of seed material, machine-technological systems of crop production and crop rotation), processes and performance indicators. The model takes into account the set of elements of the technological method for obtaining products by means of transport, transmission, diagnostic and information. The developed model takes into account production processes (sequence, timing of implementation, and the type of performing mechanized operations); requirements for material, financial, labor and technical resources; documentation for each stage of operations and quality indicators that determine the performance results at each stage. The function of commercial production of onions, carrots, beetroots and potatoes, presented by a graph, determines the efficiency of the optimal variant of machine production of vegetables and the evaluating function of the technical characteristics of machine production of vegetable crops and potatoes.

Оптимальный вариант технологии машинного производства овощных культур, учитывающий экономические аспекты, определяется при всестороннем подборе операций процесса с использованием машинных комплексов хозяйства и наличии современных сортов и гибридов посадочного и посевного материала. Цель работы – разработка концептуальной технико-технологической модели и структуры машинного производства овощных культур и картофеля. Концептуальная технико-технологическая модель машинного производства лука, моркови и столовой свеклы позволит в долгосрочной перспективе развивать отрасль овощеводства и картофелеводства с учетом современных технологий возделывания культур, управления машинно-технологическими комплексами и повышения качества принимаемых технологических и производственных решений при машинном производстве овощей. Модель включает в себя структурные единицы (сорта, средства защиты, машинно-технологические комплексы), ресурсы (наличие семенного материала, машинно-технологических комплексов производства и севооборота), процессы и показатели качества работы. Модель учитывает совокупность элементов технологического способа получения продукции посредством транспортных, передаточных, диагностических и информационных средств. Представленная модель учитывает процессы производства (очередность, сроки реализации, организацию формы выполнения механизированных работ); требования к материальным, финансовым, трудовым и техническим ресурсам; документацию для каждого этапа работ операций и показатели качества, определяющие результаты работы каждого этапа. Функция машинного производства лука, моркови, столовой свеклы и картофеля, представленная графом, определяет эффективность оптимального варианта машинного производства овощей и оценочную функцию технической характеристики машинного производства овощных культур и картофеля.
