Changes in peppermint essential oil components content under influence of diflufenican-based drug | Изменение содержания компонентов эфирного масла мяты перечной под влиянием препарата на основе дифлюфеникана

anglais. Peppermint essential oil (EO) is a valuable raw material, widely demanded all over the world in various sectors of the national economy. The change in the accumulation of individual components depends on many factors of crop cultivation. The use of plant growth regulators that inhibit the synthesis of carotenoids in the plant can simultaneously influence the processes of synthesis of valuable EO components. The aim of the work is to assess the severity of changes in the accumulation of components of EO peppermint 'Krasnodarskaya 2', caused by the use of a diflufenican phytoindesaturase inhibitor, depending on its dose and the time of collection of plant raw materials. The study was conducted in 2012 - 2016 in a small-scale experiment in the Moscow region. The severity of the accumulation of EO components for peppermint was evaluated 10 and 20 days after its treatment with a diflufenican-based preparation in 3 different doses - 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001 g/m2. The use of diflufenican at a dose of 0.01 g/m2 affected the accumulation of components amounting to up to 85% EO of the 'Krasnodarskaya 2' mint both 10 and 20 days after treatment. In the variant with a dose of 0.001 g/m2, the mentioned effects were observed with varying degrees of severity in both the first and second gathers. The effect of the drug at a dose of 0.0001 g/m2 for most components did not cause significant changes in the content in the first gather, and in the second one it experienced a noticeable effect of the process of restoring the biosynthesis of mint plants after stress caused by treatment with diflufenican. A number of EO components were characterized by a decrease in the content under the action of the drug, but at the same time a significant increase was noted for other components. From the point of view of increasing the gathering of total menthol (the most valuable component), it is advisable to spray 'Krasnodarskaya 2' peppermint with a diflufenican-containing preparation at a norm of 0.01 g/m2 according to a.i. and harvest mint 20 days after treatment.

russe. Эфирное масло (ЭМ) мяты перечной – ценное сырье, широко востребованное во всем мире в различных отраслях народного хозяйства. Изменение накопления отдельных компонентов зависит от многих факторов выращивания культуры. Применение регуляторов роста, подавляющих в растении синтез каротиноидов, одновремено способно влиять на процессы синтеза ценных компонентов ЭМ. Цель работы – оценить выраженность изменений накопления компонентов ЭМ мяты перечной сорта Краснодарская 2, вызванных применением ингибитора фитоиндесатуразы дифлюфеникана, в зависимости от его дозы и срока сбора растительного сырья. Исследование проводили в 2012-2016 гг. в мелкоделяночном опыте в Московской области. Выраженность накопления компонентов ЭМ для мяты перечной оценивали через 10 и 20 дней после ее обработки препаратом на основе дифлюфеникана в трех разных дозах – 0,01, 0,001, 0,0001 г/м2. Применение дифлюфеникана в дозе 0,01 г/м2 влияло на накопление компонентов, составляющих в сумме до 85% ЭМ мяты сорта Краснодарская 2 и через 10, и через 20 дн. после обработки. В варианте с обработкой дозой 0,001 г/м2 отмеченные эффекты прослеживались с той или иной степенью выраженности и в первом, и во втором сборах. Действие препарата в дозе 0,0001 г/м2 для большинства компонентов не вызывало существенных изменений содержания в первом сборе, а во втором – испытывало заметное влияние процесса восстановления биосинтеза растений мяты после стресса, вызванного обработкой дифлюфениканом. Для ряда компонентов ЭМ было характерно снижение содержания под действием препарата, но в тоже время для других компонентов отмечен достоверный рост. С точки зрения увеличения сбора общего ментола (наиболее ценного компонента), целесообразно проводить опрыскивание растений мяты перечной сорта Краснодарская 2 дифлюфениканосодержащим препаратом в дозе 0,01 г/м2 по д.в. и собирать урожай мяты через 20 дн. после обработки.
