anglais. The studies were conducted in one of the farms of the Voronezh region. Two groups of cows of 10 heads each were formed: gr. 1 included clinically healthy cows, gr. 2 were cows with a diagnosis of chronic endometritis. The experiment involved cows after calving after which at least 60 days have passed. According to the results of histological examination of the endometrium in cows of gr. 2, desquamation of surface epithelium was noted, the cells of which in most cases are in a state of dystrophy and necrobiosis. The lumen of the uterine glands is narrowed, glandular cells were rejected into the lumen of the glands, which indicates a decrease in functional activity of the organ. The endometrium looked edematous, abundantly infiltrated, mainly by neutrophilic leukocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphoid cells, indicating the presence of inflammation in the uterine mucosa. In the study of blood, the level of expression of genes of a series of interleukins (IL) was studied. It was revealed that in cows of gr.1 the expression level of IL-1alpha, IL-1beta was 1.92 and 4.61 times lower, and the genes of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, on the contrary, it was 118.6 times higher than in the cows of gr. 2. Development of chronic endometritis in cows occurs against the background of an imbalance between pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which is accompanied by the dominance of gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines over anti-inflammatory ones and a sharp decrease in IL-10 expression. These indicators, as well as histological studies of the endometrium confirm the development of an inflammatory process in the uterus and can be used for the subsequent development of criteria for prediction and early diagnosis, as well as a probability of the fate of the pathological process.

russe. Исследования проводились в одном из хозяйств Воронежской обл. Были сформированы 2 гр. коров по 10 гол в каждой: 1-я гр. – клинически здоровые, 2-я гр. – с диагнозом хронический эндометрит. В опыт включали коров, после отела которых прошло не менее 60 дней. По результатам гистологического исследования эндометрия у коров 2-й гр. отмечены десквамация покровного эпителия, клетки которого в большинстве случаев находятся в состоянии дистрофии и некробиоза. Просвет маточных желез сужен, железистые клетки отторгались в просвет желез, что свидетельствует о снижении функциональной активности органа. Эндометрий выглядел отёчным, обильно инфильтрирован, преимущественно нейтрофильными лейкоцитами и в меньше степени лимфоидными клетками, свидетельствующими о наличии воспаления в слизистой оболочке матки. При исследовании крови изучали уровень экспрессии генов ряда интерлейкинов (ИЛ). Выявлено, что у коров 1-й гр. уровень экспрессии ИЛ-1альфа, ИЛ-1бета был ниже в 1,92 и 4,61 раза, а генов противовоспалительного цитокина ИЛ-10, наоборот, выше в 118,6 раза, чем у коров 2-й гр. Развитие хронического эндометрита у коров протекает на фоне дисбаланса между про- и противовоспалительными цитокинами, который сопровождается доминированием экспрессии генов провоспалительных цитокинов над противовоспалительными и резким снижением экспрессии ИЛ-10. Эти показатели, а также гистологические исследования эндометрия подтверждают развитие воспалительного процесса в матке и могут быть использованы для последующей разработки критериев прогнозирования и ранней диагностики, а также вероятности исхода патологического процесса.
