Variability of the of macro- and microelements content in the grain of durum wheat under conditions of the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia | Изменчивость содержания макро- и микроэлементов в зерне твердой пшеницы в условиях южной лесостепи Западной Сибири

anglais. Durum wheat is an indispensable raw material for the pasta, cereals, and pastry industries, as well as a food source of a number of trace elements. On the experimental field of the Omsk SAU, in order to assess the content of macro- and microelements in durum wheat grain and identify sources with an increased mineral value grain, in 2021–2022 a study of 20 spring durum wheat accessions from the CNGQ (Collection Nursery of Grain Quality) of six institutions of Russia and Kazakhstan, involved in the international KASIB program was performed. The purpose of the study was to assess the content of macro- and microelements in durum wheat grain and to identify sources with increased mineral value of grain. The studied varieties and lines of durum wheat, obtained in different breeding institutions in Russia and Kazakhstan, were characterized by a wide range of variation in kernel size and yield – 32.1–46.6 g and 322–689 g/m2, respectively. Depending on the ripeness group, the yield of middle early varieties was 454 g/m2, mid-season – 479 g/m2, and middle-late – 524 g/m2. As a result the research has revealed a significant variability in the content of macroelements in grain depending on genotypic differences between varieties: Ca – 491–834 mg/kg, K – 3644–5160 mg/kg, and Mg – 1156–1429 mg/kg. The grain of the studied varieties and lines of durum wheat was characterized by a high content of macroelements Ca, K, and Mg, but an insufficient content of Zn (37.6 mg/kg), Cu (3.10 mg/kg), and Mn (31.0 mg/kg). A positive weak correlation between the yield and K content in the grain (r = 0.21–0.32) was noticed, with the other elements the yield had a negative correlation, which makes it difficult to select for improving the ionomic profile of the grain to maintaine a high yield. There are recommended to use in breeding for quality for improving the mineral grain composition the following varieties characterized by an increased content of 3–4 minerals and yield of 424–523 g/m2: 'Zhemchuzhina Sibiri' (Omsk ASC), 'Gordeiforme 2441' (Karabalykskaya ARS), 'Bezenchukskaya 139', 'Liniya 248-245-2020' (Samara ARI), 'Tselinnaya' (Orenburg ARI), and 'Leukurum 1005' (Altay FASCAB).

На опытном поле Омского ГАУ в 2021–2022 гг. проведено изучение 20 образцов яровой твердой пшеницы питомника КПК (Коллекционный питомник качества зерна) шести селекционных учреждений России и Казахстана, входящих в международную программу КАСИБ. Целью изучения была оценка содержания макро- и микроэлементов в зерне твердой пшеницы и выделение источников с повышенной минеральной ценностью зерна. Изученные сорта и линии твердой пшеницы, полученные в разных селекционных учреждениях России и Казахстана, отличались широким размахом варьирования крупности зерна и урожайности – 32,1–46,6 г и 322–689 г/м2. В зависимости от группы спелости урожайность среднеранних сортообразцов составила в среднем 454 г/м2, среднеспелых – 479 г/м2 и среднепоздних – 524 г/м2. В результате исследований выявилась значительная вариабельность по содержанию макроэлементов в зерне в зависимости от генотипических различий между сортообразцами: Cа – 491–834 мг/кг, К – 3644–5160 мг/кг и Mg – 1156–1429 мг/кг. Зерно изученных сортов и линий твердой пшеницы характеризовалось высоким содержанием макроэлементов Cа, К и Mg, но недостаточным содержанием Zn (37,6 мг/кг), Cu (3,10 мг/кг) и Mn (31,0 мг/кг). Положительная слабая связь урожайности отмечена с содержанием K в зерне (r = 0,21–0,32), с остальными элементами данный признак коррелирует отрицательно, что затрудняет селекцию на улучшение иономного профиля зерна с сохранением высокой урожайности. Рекомендуются в селекции на качество для улучшения минерального состава зерна сорта Жемчужина Сибири (Омский АНЦ), Гордеиформе 2441 (Карабалыкская СХОС), Безенчукская 139, Линия 248-245-2020 (Самарский НИИСХ), Целинная (Оренбургский НИИСХ) и Леукурум 1005 (ФАНЦА), отличающиеся повышенным содержанием 3–4 минеральных веществ и формирующие урожайность 424–523 г/м2.
