Effect of the nitrogen fertilization on eastern galega’s (Galega orientalis Lam.) biomass, phosphorus and sulphur contents | Wpływ nawożenia azotowego rutwicy wschodniej (Galega orientalis Lam.) na plon biomasy oraz zawartość w niej fosforu i siarki

anglais. The article presents changes in yielding, in phosphorus and sulphur contents and uptake in eastern galega biomass and soil. Field test was carried out in the experimental field belonging to the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce. The tests included three objects with different nitrogen fertilization. During each year of the tests three cuts of the test plant in budding stage were harvested. The total P and S contents in the plant and soil was determined using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP — AES). The uptake of the elements with the crop of dry mass of the test plant was calculated. Nitrogen had significant influence on the decrease on the yield, phosphorus content and uptake in eastern galega biomass. The nitrogen fertilization significantly differentiated the content of sulphur in the dry matter of the eastern galega. The biggest amount of sulphur was detected in a test plant fertilized with dose N102. The highest uptake with crop was observed for eastern galega fertilized with N34. The highest content of phosphorus and sulphur was found in soil taken from the N34 object.

polonais. W pracy przedstawiono zmiany w plonowaniu, zawartości oraz pobraniu fosforu i siarki przez rutwicę wschodnią. Doświadczenie polowe prowadzono na polu doświadczalnym należącym do Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczo — Humanistycznego w Siedlcach. W badaniach uwzględniono trzy obiekty ze zróżnicowanym nawożeniem azotowym (N34, N68, N102). W każdym roku prowadzenia badań zbierano trzy pokosy rutwicy w fazie pąkowania. Całkowitą zawartość fosforu i siarki w roślinie i w glebie oznaczono na spektrofotometrze emisyjnym z plazmą wzbudzaną indukcyjnie (ICP-AES). Obliczono pobranie analizowanych pierwiastków z plonem suchej masy rośliny testowej. Azot zastosowany w kolejnych dawkach istotnie wpłynął na zmniejszenie plonu, zawartości i pobrania fosforu przez rutwicę wschodnią. Zastosowane nawożenie azotowe istotnie zróżnicowało zawartość siarki w suchej masie rutwicy wschodniej. Najwięcej siarki oznaczono w roślinie testowej nawożonej dawką N102. Największe ilości siarki z plonem pobrała rutwica nawożona dawką N34. W glebie pobranej z obiektu N34 oznaczono najwięcej fosforu i siarki.
