The influence of phosphorus and potassium fertilization on the content of iron, molybdenum, copper in goat’s rue (Galega orientalis Lam.) biomass and in soil as well as on the nitrogen uptake | Wpływ nawożenia fosforowo-potasowego rutwicy wschodniej (Galega orientalis Lam.) na zawartość żelaza, molibdenu, miedzi w roślinie i glebie oraz na pobranie azotu

anglais. The paper presents the changes in iron, molybdenum and copper in soil and in biomass of goat’s rue cultivated in 2005–2007 and in nitrogen uptake form the yield test plant. The experiment was conducted in the Agricultural Experimental Station, belonging to the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities. The study included six objects with variable PK fertilization. The test plants were harvested three times at the stage of budding in each year of the study. The total contents of Fe, Mo and Cu in the plant and soil were determined by emission spectrophotometer with inductively coupled plasma (ICP-AES). We calculated also nitrogen uptake per yield of plant biomass. Phosphorus-potassium fertilization significantly influenced the increase in iron content in the biomass of the goat’s rue. The biggest amount of iron was detected in a test plant fertilized with dose K100 and the biggest amount of molybdenum - under the influence of fertilization doses P50K200. Other doses of fertilizer PK (except dose P50) caused a reduction in copper content in the goat’s rue biomass. The largest nitrogen uptake by goat’s rue within the growing season (345 kgN.ha-1) was obtained under the influence of fertilization P50K200. The biggest amounts of iron, molybdenum and copper were determined in soil fertilized with P50K250 dose.

W pracy przedstawiono zmiany zawartości żelaza, molibdenu, miedzi w glebie i w biomasie rutwicy wschodniej (Galega orientalis Lam.) uprawianej w latach 2005–2007 oraz w pobraniu azotu z plonem rośliny testowej. Doświadczenie polowe prowadzono w Rolniczej Stacji Doświadczalnej, należącej do Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczo-Humanistycznego w Siedlcach. W badaniach uwzględniono sześć obiektów nawozowych PK. W każdym roku badań zbierano trzy pokosy rośliny testowej w fazie pąkowania. Zawartość całkowitą Fe, Mo i Cu w roślinie i glebie oznaczono metodą ICP-AES na spektrofotometrze emisyjnym z plazmą wzbudzaną indukcyjnie. Obliczono także pobranie azotu z plonem biomasy rośliny testowej. Nawożenie fosforowo-potasowe wpłynęło istotnie na zwiększenie zawartości żelaza w biomasie rutwicy wschodniej. Najwięcej żelaza oznaczono w roślinie testowej nawożonej dawką K100, molibdenu pod wpływem nawożenia dawką P50K200. Kolejne dawki nawożenia PK (wyjątek P50) powodowały obniżanie zawartości miedzi w biomasie rutwicy wschodniej. Największe pobranie azotu przez rutwicę wschodnią w ciągu okresu wegetacyjnego (345 kg N·ha-1) uzyskano pod wpływem nawożenia P50K200. Najwięcej żelaza, molibdenu i miedzi oznaczono w glebie nawożonej dawką P50K250.
