Ordenamiento ambiental agroecológico en la vereda Fátima como aporte metodológico para la permanencia sustentable en el territorio de las comunidades asentadas en áreas protegidas | Agroecological environmental management in the Fátima county as a methodological contribution for the sustainable permanence in the territory of the communities settled in protected areas

La presente investigación, se desarrolló en la vereda Fátima, vecina de la Universidad Distrital sede Vivero y ubicada dentro de la Reserva Forestal Protectora Bosque Oriental de Bogotá, a 10 minutos del centro de Bogotá. Tuvo por objeto la co-construcción participativa con las familias de 15 de los predios de la vereda, del ordenamiento ambiental agroecológico de la misma, en el marco del Pensamiento Ambiental Complejo y la Investigación Acción Participativa, sirviendo este como un instrumento que le aporta a la permanencia sustentable en la reserva. La investigación se llevó a cabo a través de 4 fases a saber; Pre-investigación, Diagnóstico ambiental de la vereda, zonificación ambiental agroecológica y formulación de planes de manejo. El diagnóstico se realizó a nivel de Agroecosistema Mayor (Vereda Fátima) y Agroecosistema Menor (Predios), para lo cual se utilizaron instrumentos de orden cualitativo y cuantitativo, como entrevistas, visitas guiadas, reuniones, mingas de trabajo, observación participante y especialmente la realización de un Diagnóstico Rural Participativo para los 15 predios ( 44,31 % del área de la vereda). La zonificación, se construyó a partir de los resultados y aportes de los instrumentos orientadores del ordenamiento , entre los que se resaltan la Estructura Agroecológica Principal (EAP) (valoración de 73/100, moderadamente desarrollada), la MESILPA, con un Índice de Sustentabilidad (IS) de 0.253 (en un rango entre -2 y 2) aporte leve a la sustentabilidad, y la capacidad de carga (con capacidad de producción de biomasa Baja). Los instrumentos orientadores del ordenamiento fueron analizados individual y colectivamente, este último a través de una matriz de evaluación y análisis de programas y proyectos, los cuales posteriormente fueron priorizados y agrupados, para la construcción luego de la estrategia de ordenamiento ambiental agroecológica y de los planes de manejo ambiental predial.

The present investigation was carried out in the Fátima village, neighbor of the Vivero District University and located within the Bosque Bosque Protectora Forestal Reserve of Bogotá, 10 minutes from the center of Bogotá. The objective was the participative co-construction with the families of 15 of the properties of the village, of the agroecological environmental order of the same, within the framework of the Complex Environmental Thought and the Participatory Action Research, serving this as an instrument that contributes to the sustainable permanence in the reserve. The investigation was carried out through 4 phases namely; Pre-investigation, environmental diagnosis of the path, environmental zoning agroecological and formulation of management plans. The diagnosis was made at the level of Agroecosistema Mayor (Vereda Fátima) and Agroecosistema Menor (Predios), for which qualitative and quantitative instruments were used, such as interviews, guided visits, meetings, work mingas, participant observation and especially the realization of a Participatory Rural Diagnosis for the 15 properties (44.31% of the area of ​​the path). The zoning was built based on the results and contributions of the land management instruments, among which the Main Agroecological Structure (EAP) (valuation of 73/100, moderately developed), the MESILPA, with a Sustainability Index are highlighted.
