Optimización de la planta de tratamiento de agua potable del municipio de Chipatá (Santander) | Optimization of the drinking water treatment plant of the municipality of Chipatá (Santander)

El objetivo principal es proponer la optimización de la PTAP en Chipatá (Santander), donde dentro de la visita presencial a la planta, se observa el estado y funcionamiento operacional de las unidades que la componen. La información se obtuvo mediante análisis subjetivo de la función de equipos y unidades de tratamiento, con la recolección de información otorgada por las entidades municipales encargadas y del operario con sus comentarios y señalamientos, logrando un diagnóstico preciso, aproximando al estado real de acuerdo a las actividades diarias de potabilización, de infraestructura y cada una de las unidades y sus funciones. La evaluación se obtuvo mediante diligenciamiento de formatos de identificación y descripción, para obtener información más detallada de falencias, problemática y población afectada, se complementó la información y se evaluó de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Resolución 0082 de 2009, utilizando formularios de evaluación acordes a la PTAP y sus características. Se creó el planteamiento de la optimización de la PTAP de Chipatá (Santander), de acuerdo a cada falencia presente identificada y posibles falencias futuras, se presentan alternativas puntuales para mejoramiento de la funcionalidad de la PTAP dentro de la eficacia, eficiencia, efectividad y cumplimiento de la normatividad, para cumplir el objetivo principal de la entidad prestadora del servicio de agua potable, brindando calidad, cantidad y continuidad del producto. Se relaciona consideración de costos y respectivas recomendaciones, para llevar a cabo una mejora continua de los procesos y entregar al municipio, agua de calidad para consumo humano.

The principal objective is proposing the improvement of the PTAP in Chipatá (Santander), during the visit to the plant; we can observe the state and the functioning operational unit that it's made of. The information obtained during the subjective of the function of the equipment and unit of treatment, with collection of information provided by the municipal entities in charge and the operator with his comments and signals attaining precise diagnostics, approximation the real state of the daily activities of the population, of the infrastructure and each of the units and functions. The evaluation obtained during the completion of the description and identity forms, to obtain more detailed information of the flaws and problematics of the affected population, completed the information and evaluated according to the Resolution 0082 of 2009, utilizing the forms of evaluations according to the PTAP and its characteristics. It created the approach of the optimization of the PTAP of Chipatá (Santander), according to each flaw identified and possible future flaws, stern alternatives are presented to improve the functionality of the PTAP within the efficacy, efficiency, effectiveness and normative compliance, to complete the principal objective of service provider entity of drinkable water, providing quality, quantity and continuation of the product. Relating the consideration of the cost and respective accommodations, to carry out continuous improvement of the process and provide to the municipality, quality water for human consumption.
