The aim of the research was to predict the environmental consequences of the use of various types, methods and technologies of agricultural production for natural-territorial complexes of various levels and for the biosphere as a whole. More than 23 million land plots do not have established boundaries, which is accompanied by a large number of disputes; there is no information about the right holder in relation to 48.3 million real estate objects. The low rates of collection and updating of spatial data, the lack of a unified technological base indicate that the filling of a single electronic cartographic base is 30% in the country. Monitoring and support of the state cadastral valuation are carried out mainly in manual mode. / Цель исследований – прогнозирование экологических последствий применения различных видов, способов и технологий агропроизводства для природно-территориальных комплексов различного уровня и для биосферы в целом. Более 23 млн земельных участков не имеют установленных границ, что сопровождается большим количеством споров, в отношении 48,3 млн объектов недвижимости отсутствуют сведения о правообладателе. Низкие темпы сбора и актуализации пространственных данных, отсутствие единой технологической базы свидетельствуют о том, что наполнение единой электронной картографической основы составляет 30 % в территории страны. Мониторинг и сопровождение государственной кадастровой оценки осуществляются преимущественно в ручном режиме.
