The article presents the results of laboratory tests of a new anti-tuberculosis drug "Rifizostrep". The drug was tested by direct and indirect bacteriological methods, as well as in the body of guinea pigs infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis type M. tuberculosis. The results of the experiments were summarized according to the data of bacteriological and pathoanatomical studies and were confirmed by the sufficient antimicrobial efficacy of the drug "Rifizostrep" against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It has been established that tuberculosis-infected guinea pigs do not develop tuberculosis in the body after the use of the drug "Rifizostrep". The drug "Rifizostrep" in comparison with isoniazid exhibits a pronounced antimicrobial activity, which opens up prospects for continuing research in this direction. / В статье приведены результаты лабораторных испытаний нового противотуберкулезного препарата «Рифизостреп». Препарат испытан прямым и непрямым бактериологическими методами, а также в организме морских свинок, зараженных микобактериями туберкулеза типа M. tuberculosis. Результаты опытов обобщены по данным бактериологических и патологоанатомических исследований и были подтверждены достаточной антимикробной эффективностью препарата «Рифизостреп» против микобактерий туберкулеза. Установлено, что у зараженных туберкулезом морских свинок после применения препарата «Рифизостреп» в организме туберкулез не раазвивается. Препарат «Рифизостреп» по сравнению с изониазидом проявляет ярко выраженную антимикробную активность, что открывает перспективы продолжения исследований в данном направлении.
