The article presents the results of studies on the effect of feeding chitosan modifications on the viability of bees subjected to anti-varroa treatment with amitraz, as well as on the content of heavy metals in the body of bees. It has been shown that pre-feeding bees with chitosan derivatives before treatment with amitraz increases the survival rate of bees and reduces the content of heavy metals in their body. Feeding bees chitosan before treatment with amitraz has a protective effect and increases their survival, thereby reducing the toxic effect of the chemical acaricide. The use of chitosan modifications reduces the content of heavy metals in the body of a bee. Dead bees can be used to monitor anthropogenic areas, as well as the state of the environment. / В статье представлены результаты исследований по изучению влияния скармливания модификаций хитозана на жизнеспособность пчел, подвергшихся противоварроатозной обработке амитразом, а также на содержание тяжелых металлов в организме пчел. Показано, что предварительное скармливание пчелам производных хитозана перед обработкой амитразом повышает выживаемость пчел и снижает содержание тяжелых металлов в их теле. Скармливание пчелам хитозана перед обработкой амитразом оказывает защитное действие и повышает их выживаемость, тем самым снижая токсическое действие химического акарицида. Применение модификаций хитозана снижает содержание тяжелых металлов в организме пчелы. Подмор пчел может использоваться для мониторинга антропогенных территорий, а также состояния окружающей среды.
