One of the most effective methods of preventing the spread of dangerous pests with plant products is fumigation. The results of the studies showed that phosphine can be effectively used against regulated pests on fresh vegetables and fruits, using exposures of 72, 60, 48 and 36 hours and the following fumigant consumption rates: against Western flower thrips – 0.8; 0.9; 1.0 and 1.1 g/m3; against potato moth – 1.8; 2.3; 2.8 and 3.3 g/m3; against the South American tomato moth – 1.6; 2.1; 2.7 and 3.2 g/m3 and against the Mediterranean fruit fly – 1.5; 2.0; 2.5 and 3.0 g/m3, respectively. In addition, phosphorous hydrogen without ammonium impurities, produced by manufacturers in compressed cylinders, is not toxic to processed fresh vegetables and fruits. / Одним из наиболее эффективных методов предотвращения распространения опасных вредителей с растительной продукцией, является фумигация. Результаты проведенных исследований показали, что фосфин можно эффективно использовать против регулируемых вредителей на свежих овощах и фруктах, применяя экспозиции 72, 60, 48 и 36 часов и следующие нормы расхода фумиганта: против западного цветочного трипса – 0,8; 0,9; 1,0 и 1,1 г/м3 ; против картофельной моли – 1,8; 2,3; 2,8 и 3,3 г/м3 ; против южноамериканской томатной моли – 1,6; 2,1; 2,7 и 3,2 г/м3 и против средиземноморской плодовой мухи – 1,5; 2,0; 2,5 и 3,0 г/м3 , соответственно. Кроме того, фосфористый водород без примесей аммония, выпускаемым производителями в баллонах в сжатом виде, не является токсичным для обрабатываемых свежих овощей и фруктов.
