The aim of research was to substantiate technological concept and project design of automatic diary complex based on modular planning solutions and algorithm for production process control using intelligent digital systems. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was established that implementation of this project will ensure that all elements of the production cycle are carried out according to the “right on time” principle and will have a significant impact on implementation of the potential of animal productivity, increase the terms of economic use of cows up to 4-5 lactations, ensure production of high quality milk with a significant reduction in the unit costs of production. / Целью данной работы стало обоснование технологии и разработка проекта молочнотоварного комплекса - автомата на основе модульных планировачных решений и алгоритма управления производственным процессом с применением интеллектуальных цифровых технологий. Реализация данного проекта обеспечит проведение всех элементов производственного цикла по принципу «точно-вовремя» и окажет существенное влияние на реализацию потенциала продуктивности животных, повысит сроки хозяйственного использования коров до 4-5 лактаций, обеспечит получение молока высокого качества при значительном снижении удельных затрат на производство продукции.
