The hop nutraceutical's transfer from processed brewer's spent grain structure and their qualitative composition | Трансфер нутрицевтиков хмеля из обработанной пивной дробины и их качественный состав

anglais. The processed brewer's spent grain structures were studied as possible transfer agents for organic compounds of hop extracts. The research purpose was to study the influence of environmental processing methods on changes in the structure of the brewer's spent grain ligninocellulosic complex to isolate compounds with proven pharmacological properties using hop extracts as an example. A possibility of sorption-desorption of hop nutritional compounds was determined by instrumental analysis methods (GC-MS). It is shown that the formulation of the identified compounds transported by spent grain depends on both a hop type and a spent grain treatment method. Methylated propanoic acid is sorbed/desorbed only from 'Magnum' hop extract by both forms of treated brewer's spent grain, and the transfer of its derivatives (ester and chlorine derivatives) is more typical for 'Tettnanger' hop. The presence of butanoic acid and its ester methyl derivative is characteristic of 'Magnum' hop extract, while the ester of this carboxylic acid is found in 'Tettnanger' hop extract. There were identified 2-methyl-,1,3-bis(acetyloxy)-3,5,6,6a,7,8,9,10-octahydro-9,10-dihydroxy-7,8-dimethyl-7-(3-methylene-4-penten-1-yl)-1H-naphtho[1,8a-c]furan-5-yl ester of butanoic acid, sesquiterpene lactone kalein, alkaloid substance N-methylasimilobin N-oxide, ilicolinum, hydrocortisone acetate (corticosteroid), cyclopenthiazide (hyposthenic), chlordiazepoxide, trimethoprim in the samples. The presence of these compounds was identified in all cases. Other compounds [5,5-dimethyl-(5H)-2-furanone; 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol; 4-methyl-2-pentyl-1,3-dioxolane, isoleden] were identified only in some cases. It was shown that the processes of transfer of nutraceutical compounds were ultimately influenced by three factors, namely the structure of the compounds (hop type), the method of treating spent grain (isobaric or ultrasonic treatment), and the type of extractant.

russe. Изучали возможность переноса органических соединений экстрактов хмеля структурами переработанной пивной дробины. Цель работы - исследование влияния экологических методов обработки на изменение структуры лигниноцеллюлозного комплекса пивной дробины для извлечения соединений с доказанными фармакологическими свойствами на примере хмелевых экстрактов. Возможность сорбции-десорбции нутрициологических соединений хмеля определяли с помощью инструментальных методов анализа (ГХ-МС). Показано, что состав идентифицированных соединений, переносимых дробиной, зависит как от типа хмеля, так и от способа обработки дробины. Метилированная пропановая кислота сорбируется/десорбируется только из экстракта хмеля Магнум обоими формами обработанной дробины, а перенос ее производных (эфир- и хлорпроизводных) более характерен для хмеля Тетнангер. Присутствие бутановой кислоты и эфира ее метилпроизводного характерно для экстрактов хмеля Магнум, тогда как эфир данной карбоновой кислоты обнаружен в экстрактах хмеля Тетнангер. Были идентифицированы 2‑метил-,1,3‑бис(ацетилокси)-3,5,6,6a,7,8,9,10‑октагидро-9,10‑дигидрокси-7,8‑диметил-7- (3‑метилен-4‑пентен-1‑ил)-1H-нафто[1,8a-c]фуран-5‑ил эфира бутановой кислоты, сесквитерпеновый лактон калеин, вещество алкалоидного ряда N-метиласимилобин N-оксида, илициколин, ацетат гидрокортизона (кортикостероид), циклопентиазид (гипостеник), хлордиазэпоксид, триметоприм. Их присутствие идентифицировали во всех случаях. Прочие соединения [5,5‑диметил-(5Н)-2‑фуранон; 3,7,11,15‑тетраметил-2‑гексадецен-1‑ол; 4‑метил-2‑пентил-1,3‑диоксолан; изоледен] были идентифицированы не во всех случаях. Показано, что на процессы переноса нутрицевтических соединений влияли, в конечном счете, три фактора: строение соединений (тип хмеля), метод обработки дробины (изобарическая обработка или ультразвуковая), тип экстрагента.
