Swedish botanical literature from ancient times to 1918. Krok (1834-1921) provided full names and biographical notes on each author of works cited. Pseudonyms are cross-referenced to actual names. His preface is dated "Stockholm 1920." A foreword and addendum by the editors, Fredrik Rutger Aulin (1841-1923) and Carl Axel Magnus Lindman (1856-1928), are dated 1922 and 1923. The effective closing date of cited entries is 1921.
