The manager's guide to interpersonal relations
1979
Sanzotta, Donald
Abstract: Nowhere are interpersonal relations more complex and continuous than in the work environment. The present education of managers does not allow for training in the understanding of the managerial power involved in interpersonal relationships. The job of the manager and his role in dealing with subordinates has never been clearly defined. Effective managers should know the therapeutic skills and techniques to increase perceptions and methods of dealing with employees. Managers must be educated to become developers of people.
