Tips are provided for modifying recipes and food preparation methods, selecting foods at the supermarket, and handling social situations. Tasty, easy-to-prepare recipes and nutrient analysis per serving values are included for: 1) appetizers, 2) beverages, 3) soups, 4) main dishes, 5) vegetables, 6) salads, 7) sauces and dressings, 8) breads, and 9) desserts.
