GATORS spells computerized relief for school food service

School lunch managers in Alachua County, Florida, have developed a project to reduce the paper work associated with the school lunch program. The project, entitled Gainesville Automated Terminal On-line Resource System (GATORS), is a state-of-the-art computer project designed to modernize school lunch operations. Point-of-sale cash register terminals were installed at all 30 schools. This highly sophisticated system is easy to operate and very flexible, resulting in a very successful operation.(lsp)
