The effects of decision reversibility and decision importance on children's decision making
1988
Davidson, D. | Hudson, J.
The authors explore the decision making process of children. Three experiments were conducted to determine how this process is affected when a child is making a decision concerning a reversible condition versus an irreversible condition. Children in preschool, first grade, and third grade participated in the experiments. The study shows that more time was taken by all age groups to make a decision concerning an irreversible decision.
