This research is result of the project entitled “Biocultural heritage as an alternative to improve food security and preserve natural resources” implemented to rescue traditional knowledge, fulfill part of the nutritional needs of the Nahua indigenous communities in Zongolica, Mexico and preserve biodiversity.
