2017
Wankhade, Shweta D. | Raut, V. U. | Gite, H. P.
Pre-harvest spray of carbendazim 1000 PPM + maleic hydrazide 2500 PPM + streptocycline 200 PPM resulted in maximum ascorbic acid content (8.65%), TSS (13.10), non-reducing sugars (5.41%), total sugars (8.68%) and dry matter content in onion bulbs. Maximum reducing sugars (3.21%)were found due to the treatment with Carbendazim 1000 PPM + Maleic hydrazide 2000 PPM + Streptocycline 200 PPM, which was followed by carbendazim 1000 ppm + maleic hydrazide 2500 ppm, as compared to control.
