Conventionally farmers asses the different crop parameters by naked eyes. Most of Farmers uses traditional method and facing the problem of understating and carrying out the nutritional changes in the crop. Precision agriculture technology guide enables farmers to manage the nutrient application more effectively for sustaining precious environmental resources. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) having good potential to detecting, quantifying the effective crop changes. NDVI is used as tool for site specific management and decision making. The objective of this research was to study temporal changes in NDVI with different crop parameters in cotton crop. Spectral signatures of crop canopy, leaf N content, Plant N content, leaf dry weight, plant biomass and plant height measured from node formation stage to boll opening stage of cotton crop. Results suggested that Except plant height and plant biomass other crop parameter such as NDVI, leaf N content, Plant N content and leaf dry weight shows increasing with growth stage and decline towards the maturity.
