The content of heavy metals in soils of Ryazan oblast has been studied; the gradation of soils by their total content with account for the total index of polluting elements has been developed, and the analysis of pollution has been performed. Procedures have been proposed for the system of control, protection, and detoxification of technogenically polluted soils to obtain ecologically safe agricultural products. The most efficient fertilizing system has been proposed. The migration ability of heavy metals in soils has been studied.
