Efficacy of the Suterra Biolure Individual Female Fruit Fly Attractant Packages vs. the Unipak Version

The article presents a study which aims to compare the efficacy of BioLure bait dispensers with Unipak to detect of Tephritidae fruit flies. The study shows that the combination of putrescine with ammonium acetate into one unit had no effect on the attractance of Caribbean fruit fly when equated with BioLure dispensers. It reveals that there no important differences in attractancy to the Mediterranean fruit fly with the combination of trimethylamine with ammonium acetate/putrescine unit.
