Landscape and biotopical distribution of rove beetles (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) of the “Kamennye Mogily” Reserve (Ukraine)

As a result of standardized sampling by pitfall traps, 62 species of Staphylinidae from 7 subfamilies have been revealed in the fauna of the “Kamennye Mogily” Reserve (Ukraine). The greatest abundance, species richness and originality of the fauna were found for the habitats with wood and meadow vegetation. The dominant grouping consists of 6 species: Falagrioma thoracica (Stephens, 1832), Drusilla canaliculata (Fabricius, 1787), Pella limbata (Paykull, 1789), Oxypoda vicina Kraatz, 1856, Ocypus ophthalmicus (Scopoli, 1763), Xantholinus longiventris Heer, 1839.
