An experiment was carried out during 2016 and 2017 in winter season guava to find out the optimum nitrogen dose for efficient nutrient management ofn three years old guava plants under Meadow orcharding cv. Allahabad Ssafeda. The results of two years pooled data revealed that maximum number of fruits/tree (21.83), average fruit weight (194.55_g), polar diameter (7.24_cm), radial diameter (7.28 cm),_fruit volume (196.14 cc),_highest fruit yield/tree (4.25 kg), fruit yield/ha (212.37 q), highest leaf nitrogen (2.166%), leaf phosphorus (0.277%), leaf calcium (2.137%) and leaf magnesium (0.422%) was obtained with treatment T₁₄ Azotobacter + (75% Nitrogen through urea + 25% Vermicompost)._While, two years pooled data analysis indicates significant effect on growth parameters of guava, maximum increase in tree height (24.11%), canopy spread N-S direction (21.72%), E-W (21.48%) were obtained with the application of Azoatobacter + (100% Nitrogen through urea) Tᵤ._Similarly, highest TSS content (12.22 ⁰Brix), pectin (0.81%), fruit pH (4.93), total sugars (7.88%) and minimum physiological weight loss after ten days under ambient conditions (17.13%) were obtained with T₁₆ Azotobacter + (50% Nitrogen through urea + 25% Vermicompost + 25% FYM).
