The biosphere is an environment of active life, where living organisms, including humans, are organically connected, form a single dynamic system and interact with each other. The current real situation dictates that the state and capabilities of the biosphere and the systems surrounding should be approached with great care, the correct use and protection of which is a cardinal task of modern humanity. The implementation of this requires the development of a unified scientific theory and the determination of the main ways of solving this task. Unfortunately, such concepts and conditions do not exist or are not unambiguously defined. Ref. 6.
