anglais. Under intensive animal husbandry conditions, the body of high yield animals fails to adapt to metabolic challenges arising as a result of overloading the rumen with concentrated feeds. The experiment was carried out involving Black-and-White Holsteinized cows for 111 days. There were formed 2 groups by the analog method: control group (CG) provided with the main diet only and experimental group (EG) provided additionally with a natural complex plant bacterial feed additive (FA) for 3 months. The rumen bacterial community was assessed by NGS sequencing. The use of FA additionally to main diet increased the average daily milk yield by the 90th day of lactation up to 39.2 kg, which is by 1.6 kg greater compared to CG (P less than 0.05). In the aftereffect period (1 month) the average daily milk yield in EG was greater compared to CG by 3.2 kg. NGS sequencing resulted in finding in the rumen microflora of the studied cows 20 phyla of microorganisms. The most abundantly represented (P less than 0.05) in the rumen were bacteria of the phylum Bacteroidetes - from 47.1+-3.35 to 52.1+-4.81% (P less than 0.05). During the milking period, dysbiotic disorders of the rumen microflora occur in cows. The proportion of Proteobacteria phylum bacteria increased (P less than 0.05) in both groups at the end of the experiment compared with its beginning, and the number of Candidatus Saccharibacteria decreased (P less than 0.05). The proportion of some species and genera of pathogenic and opportunist bacteria (Acinetobacter spp., some Clostridium species, including C. colinum, Porphyromonas spp., Mycoplasma spp., Stenotrophomonas maltophilia) in samples from EG cows by the end of the experiment was lower than in samples from CG individuals (P less than 0.05). For example, the total proportion of the genus Acinetobacter was 0.059+-0.0049% in EG, and 0.15+-0.009% in CG. The use of FA helps to restore the rumen microbiome disturbed by high-concentration feeding, which allows maintaining milk production at a higher level, and prevents infectious diseases.

В результате проведенного NGS-секвенирования в составе микрофлоры рубца исследованных животных обнаружено 20 филумов микроорганизмов. Наиболее обильно оказались представлены бактерии филума Bacteroidetes - от 47,1+-3,35 до 52,1+-4,81% (P меньше 0,05). У коров в период раздоя возникают дисбиотические нарушения микрофлоры рубца. Доля бактерий филума Proteobacteria возрастала (P меньше 0,05) в обеих группах в конце эксперимента по сравнению с его началом, а число Candidatus Saccharibacteria снижалось (P меньше 0,05). Доля некоторых видов и родов патогенных и условно-патогенных бактерий (Acinetobacter spp., некоторые виды Clostridium, в том числе C. colinum, Porphyromonas spp., Mycoplasma spp., Stenotrophomonas maltophilia) в образцах от коров из ОГ к концу эксперимента была ниже, чем в образцах от особей из КГ (P меньше 0,05).
