In this document 2 special reports are brought together, the first in which it is related how rural extension workers implement the project in a community and the second in which the experience of a 4-H volunteer is related. In addition, this document explains the operations carried out during 1973-1974 in each country and project involved, the plans for those same years, and other related activities of IICA.
