Los Ministerios y Secretarías de Agricultura y Ganadería de las Américas reconocen la necesidad implementar medidas efectivas de mitigación al cambio climático y resaltan la importancia del apoyo al sector agrario para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria y el desarrollo sostenible, por medio de la cooperación, la investigación, el análisis de costos y riesgos y el financiamiento. De igual forma, exponen el compromiso de promover la discusión de temas relacionados con el cambio climático a nivel regional y global, fortalecer la agricultura a nivel local, incrementar los fondos climáticos, asegurar el desarrollo de prácticas que permitan la utilización sostenible de los recursos, incorporar la visión científica al sector y mejorar la gestión de la información
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]The different Agriculture and Livestock institutions of the Americas identify the necessity of implement climate change mitigation and the importance of supporting the agricultural sector to guarantee food security and sustainable development, through cooperation, research, cost analysis and risks and financing. They also state the commitment to open at issues related to climate change at the regional and global levels, strengthen agriculture at the local level, increase climate funds, ensure the development of practices that allow the sustainable use of resources, add a vision science to actions and improve information management.
