El presente proyecto de pasantía pretende diseñar implementar y transformar mediante sistemas de información geográfico la captura de datos para la realización de zonas homogéneas físicas y geoeconómicas, mediante herramientas dispuestas por ArcGIS, teniendo como resultados, formularios digitales para la captura de datos, zonas homogéneas físicas y geoeconómicas y visor geográfico de zonas. La aplicación de estas nuevas herramientas digitales se llevará a cabo para el proyecto de adquisición predial ejecutado por la empresa Continental GOLD en el municipio de Buriticá, al noroccidente de Antioquia. Cabe aclarar que la principal ventaja de este proyecto es mejorar el flujo de trabajo de la empresa Metropol Geo Consultores para este y futuros proyectos, que optimice tiempo y permita destacarse e innovar con las nuevas herramientas digitales ofrecidas en el campo para la gestión predial.

This internship project aims to design, implement and transform, through geographic information systems, the capture of data for the realization of homogeneous physical and geoeconomic zones, through tools provided by ArcGIS, having as results, digital forms for data capture, homogeneous physical zones. and geoeconomic and geographic area viewer. The application of these new digital tools will be carried out for the property acquisition project executed by the company Continental GOLD in the municipality of Buriticá, in the northwest of Antioquia. It should be noted that the main advantage of this project is to improve the workflow of the company Metropol Geo Consultores for this and future projects, which optimizes time and allows it to stand out and innovate with the new digital tools offered in the field for property management.
