Formulación de un plan de turismo sostenible en la vereda Yoteguengue, municipio de Campohermoso, Boyacá

El turismo se caracteriza por ser un fenómeno social el cual tiene gran influencia en el desarrollo económico a nivel mundial, al ser una actividad articuladora de diversos sectores de la economía como lo son transporte, hotelería, comercio, gastronomía, entre otros. Sin embargo, el incremento exponencial que ha tenido el turismo convencional ha traído consigo grandes impactos medioambientales como degradación de ecosistemas y socioculturales como la pérdida de la identidad local. Por lo cual, el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo formular un plan de turismo sostenible con el fin de promover procesos de conservación del patrimonio socio-ambiental y la dinamización de la economía local rural en la vereda Yoteguengue, municipio de Campohermoso (Boyacá), puesto que el turismo sostenible se ha convertido en una de las estrategias para minimizar y compensar los impactos generados por el turismo convencional; pensado en realizar el máximo aprovechamiento de los recursos económicos, naturales y socioculturales satisfaciendo las necesidades presentes, garantizando el bienestar de los recursos naturales y culturales a perennidad. La metodología implementada en la investigación ha sido una combinación de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos, dado que permite ampliar y profundizar la perspectiva del estudio, obteniendo mayor veracidad del mismo, para lo cual se recolectó información primaria y secundaria. Los resultados indican que la implementación del proyecto traería consigo grandes beneficios para la región, dado que la vereda cuenta con un amplio patrimonio ambiental y cultural, convirtiéndolo en un lugar idóneo para realizar turismo sostenible, generando consigo desarrollo económico, social y cultural, mejorando al mismo tiempo calidad de vida de los pobladores.

Tourism is characterized by being a social phenomenon which has great influence on economic development worldwide, being an activity that articulates various sectors of the economy such as transportation, hotels, commerce, gastronomy, among others. However, the exponential increase that conventional tourism has had has brought with it great environmental impacts such as the degradation of ecosystems and socio-cultural impacts such as the loss of local identity. Therefore, the present project aims to formulate a sustainable tourism plan in order to promote processes of conservation of socio-environmental heritage and the revitalization of the local rural economy in the village of Yoteguengue, municipality of Campohermoso (Boyacá), since sustainable tourism has become one of the strategies to minimize and compensate the impacts generated by conventional tourism; thought of making the most of economic, natural and socio-cultural resources by satisfying present needs, ensuring the welfare of natural and cultural resources to perpetuity. The methodology implemented in the investigation has been a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, since it allows to extend and to deepen the perspective of the study, obtaining greater veracity of the same one, for which primary and secondary information was collected. The results indicate that the implementation of the project would bring great benefits to the region, given that the village has a wide environmental and cultural heritage, making it an ideal place for sustainable tourism, generating economic, social and cultural development, while improving the quality of life of the inhabitants.
