Propuesta de rutas turísticas en las comunidades de San Pedro Escanela, Tilaco y Agua Zarca

El turismo rural de una región presenta distintos tipos de patrimonios que son utilizados como una oferta para el turista, dividiéndose en patrimonio cultural y natural. El patrimonio natural es todo monumento que no sea afectado por el hombre, siendo de origen natural. Dentro del patrimonio cultural se encuentran los bienes inmateriales (usos, representaciones, expresiones, conocimientos y técnicas, junto con los instrumentos, artefactos, objetos y espacios culturales, que las comunidades, grupos e individuos reconozcan como parte que integra su patrimonio cultural) y materiales (herencia física). Para llegar a cada uno de éstos se puede realizar a través de las denominadas rutas turísticas las cuales permiten el conocimiento de valores y atractivos más particulares que atraigan a visitantes y que ayuden al desplazamiento a través de ella. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la propuesta de la ruta óptima hacia las comunidades de San Pedro Escanela, Tilaco y agua Zarca, localizadas en la Sierra Gorda de Querétaro mediante el Indicador de Evaluación de Rutas Turísticas de Entorno Accesible (IERTEA) y la preferencia declarada de los turistas en dicha zona. La ruta propuesta comienza a partir de Jalpan de Serra hacia las comunidades de estudio. Dándole importancia a los diferentes recursos encontrados dentro de estas comunidades a través del proceso de jerarquía analítica, y agregando la variable de accesibilidad, se evalúan por el número de recursos encontrados y se crea el IERTEA, obteniendo un valor de 0.4665 para San Pedro Escanela, 0.4851 para Tilaco y 0.4943 para Agua Zarca, además de tener una correlación entre éstos y la preferencia declarada del 96.26%. Con esta variable, las pendientes encontradas en cada arco de las comunidades y el algoritmo de Dijkstra (elección del camino más corto minimizando el tiempo), se realiza el algoritmo de rutas el cual indica cuál camino elegir en base a varias limitantes. Se obtiene como resultado que la ruta óptima es Ruta 1 la cual corresponde a visitar primero San Pedro Escanela, seguido de Tilaco y por último Agua Zarca, con un tiempo de recorrido de 280.63 minutos.

Rural tourism in a region presents different types of assets that are used as an offer to the tourist, divided into cultural and natural heritage. The natural heritage monument is all that is not affected by man, being of natural origin. Within the cultural heritage are the intangibles (practices, representations, expressions, knowledge and techniques, along with tools, artifacts, objects and cultural spaces that communities, groups and individuals recognize as part integrating cultural heritage) and materials (physical inheritance). To reach each of these can be done through the so-called tourist routes which allow knowledge exchange and particular attractions that attract visitors and help to scroll through it. This work aims the proposed optimal route to the communities of San Pedro Escanela, Tilaco and Agua Zarca, located in the Sierra Gorda of Querétaro by Assessment Indicator Environment Tourist Routes Accessible (IERTEA) and stated preference of tourists in the area. The proposed route starts from Jalpan to the study communities. Giving importance to the various resources found within these communities through analytic hierarchy process, and adding variable accessibility, are evaluated by the number of resources found and IERTEA is created, obtaining a value of 0.4665 for San Pedro Escanela, 0.4851 and 0.4943 for Tilaco to Agua Zarca, besides having a correlation between these and the stated preference of 96.26%. With this variable, the slopes found in each arc of communities and Dijkstra's algorithm (choosing the shortest path minimizing the time) routing algorithm which indicates which path to choose based on various constraints is performed. It results that the optimal route is Route 1 which corresponds to visit San Pedro Escanela first, followed by Tilaco and finally Agua Zarca with a travel time of 280.63 minutes.
