néerlandais; flamand. Het kabinet Rutte I heeft het natuur- en landschapsbeleid ingrijpend gewijzigd en daarmee ook de netwerken rond dit beleid. Ze zijn niet verdwenen, maar hebben zich aangepast. In dit artikel proberen we te achterhalen hoe dit kabinet - door netwerk framing, ontwerp en management en door terug te treden - de netwerken heeft kunnen veranderen.
