Bitki Gelişimini Teşvik Edici Bakterilerin Şam Çörek Otunda (Nigella damascena L.) Bazı Bitkisel Özellikler Üzerine Etkisi | The Effect of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria on Some Plant Traits in Black Cumin (Nigella damascena L.)

Bu araştırma, kontrol (bakteri ve gübresiz), kimyasal gübre, çiftlik gübresi, bir bitki büyüme düzenleyicisi (IAA), iki ticari mikrobiyal gübre (BMusaVita ve BMusaGreen) ve azot fikseri, fosfat çözücü, ACC deaminaze ve indol asetik asit üretici bakterilerden oluşturulan altı tekli, bir ikili, dört üçlü ve iki adet dörtlü bakteri formülasyonu aşılamasının Balıkesir Burhaniye’de tarla koşullarında Nigella damascena çörek otu türünde bitki boyu, dal sayısı, toplam kapsül sayısı, kapsüldeki tohum sayısı, kapsülde tohum ağırlığı, bitki tane verimi üzerine etkisinin test edilmesi amacıyla iki yıl süreyle yürütülmüştür. Denemeler toplamda 19 uygulama ile tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. BMusaVita, BMusaGreen, RC512 ve RC481 uygulamaları incelenen özelliklerin tamamında, her bir özelliğin genel ortalamasının üzerinde değerlere sahip olmuşlardır. Biplot analizinde kapsülde tohum sayısı ve kapsülde tohum ağırlığı bir grup oluştururken, bitki boyu, bitki tohum verimi, dal sayısı ve kapsül sayısı ikinci bir grup oluşturmuştur. İncelenen özelliklerin yer aldığı bölümlerde RC502, kimyasal gübre, RC481, BMusaGreen, BMusaVita ve RC481+RC210+RC32+RC502 uygulamaları köşegen olarak diğer uygulamalardan ayrılmıştır. En iyi uygulamayı belirlemek için oluşturulan biplot grafiğinde ideal uygulama bölgesine en yakın konumda RC481, BMusaGreen ve BMusaVita uygulamaları yer alırken, bu uygulamaları RC512, RC210, RC536+RC542+RC65+RC502 ve kimyasal gübre uygulamaları takip etmiştir. Bu uygulamalardan RC481 uygulamasının kimyasal gübreye alternatif olarak çörek otu yetiştiriciliğinde biyolojik gübre olarak kullanılabilecek potansiyelinin olduğu değerlendirmesi yapılabilir.

The objective of this study was to evaluate possible effects of control (without inoculation and any fertilizer application) chemical fertilizer, farmyard manure, one plant growth regulators (IAA), two commercial liquid bio-fertilizer (BMusaVita and BMusaGreen) and IAA-producing, ACC deaminase-containing, N2-fixing, and P-solubilizing bacteria based bio-fertilizers in six single, one dual, four triple, and two quadruple combinations plant height, number of branches, total number of capsules, number of seeds in capsule , seed weight in capsule, plant grain yield of Nigella damascena black cumin genotype under field conditions of Burhaniye/Balıkesir, in two years. The experiments were arranged to completely randomized block design with nineteen treatments and three replicates. BMusaVita, BMusaGreen, RC512 and RC481 applications had values above the general average of each feature in all of the examined features.In the biplot analysis, the number of seeds in the capsule and the weight of the seeds in the capsule formed a group, while plant height, plant seed yield, number of branches and number of capsules formed a second group. RC502, chemical fertilizer, RC481, BMusaGreen, BMusaVita and RC481+RC210+RC32+RC502 applications are diagonally separated from other applications in the sections where the examined features are included. In the biplot created to determine the best practice, RC481, BMusaGreen and BMusaVita applications were located closest to the ideal application area, followed by RC512, RC210, RC536+RC542+RC65+RC502 and chemical fertilizer applications. From these applications, it can be evaluated that RC481 application has the potential to be used as a biological fertilizer in black seed cultivation as an alternative to chemical fertilizer.
