Theoretical and experimental studies of the microfiltration separation process for white and red wine have been studied on a laboratory membrane device for laminar regimes under conditions of changing pressure, speed and circulating flow (retentate) with membranes of different shape, sized 0.2 μm, 0.45 μm, 0.8 μm.
