Impactul parazitozelor asupra rezultatului examenului alergic la tuberculoza bovină

The work presents the results of applied in the Republic of Moldova (1999-2013) in bovines allergic tests on presence of tuberculosis revealing that out of 3.167.704 studied animals those 26.114 (0,83 %) show positive take. The results of allergic tests varied between 2,01% conducted in 2000 as little as 0,04% in 2013 conducted immediately after the first research. The second research conducted in 42 days after the first one has revealed 4.058 bovines out of those 26.114 researched or 15,54 % of all positively reacted during the first research that is 6 times less. In order to conduct the laboratory tests (anatomy pathologic, bacteriologic, histological etc.) on establishing whether the animals have been infested with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, 1.752 animals have been slaughtered. The laboratory tests revealed that all studied animals provided negative results yet indicated high level of infestation with larva of Echinococcus granulosus and other mono- and poliparasitic agents.
