1990
Kebede, Y. | Gunjal, K. | Coffin, G.
Demonstrates how the various economic, social, and physical variables and degree of risk aversion affect the adoption of three selected technologies, viz, single-ox, fertilizer, and pesticide, in Ethiopian agriculture. Discusses characteristics of these technologies and factors that motivated farmers to use or not to use these production technologies. Also looks into how sequential decisions are implemented. The factors include models of adoption behaviour, empirical model specification - specified as a function of economic, social and physical factors, risk and adoption of technologies, and predicted probabilities. Also looks into how sequential decisions are implemented.
