Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]In dieser Dissertation wurden Risikofaktoren für bovine Mastitis in Äthiopien in verschiedenen Produktionssystemen untersucht. Weiterhin wurden mastitiserregende Keime isoliert, nachdem mit dem Caliofornia Mastitis Test(CMT)verdächtige Milch festgestellt wurde. Somatische Zellen wurden ausgezählt und mit den CMT Testergebnissen verglichen. Die niedrige Milchproduktion und auch die geringe Milchqualität stehen offensichtlich im direkten Verhältnis zu fehlenden Hygienemassnahmen in allen Produktionssystemen.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]In this thesis, the risk factors of bovine mastitis in different milk production systems in Ethiopia were investigated. Furthermore, mastitis causing agents were isolated after California Mastitis Test (CMT) was used as the field test. Somatic cells were counted and compared with the CMT. Low milk production and low quality of milk are apparently related to a lack of proper hygienic measures throughout the farm clusters.
