Activités biologiques de la diatomite sur les bioagresseurs des cultures en vue d’une lutte naturelle et biologique

ملخص: تساهم هذه الدراسة فً معرفة النشاط البٌولوجً لتربة الدٌتوماٌت، كمبٌد حشرات على ذبابة فاكهة البحر المتوسط و دودة الخٌط الحدٌدٌة، ومضادات الفطرٌات على niger Aspergillus, sambucinum Fusarium, oxysporum Fusarium و Bacillusو Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus على اٌالبكتر ومضادات، Sclerptium rolfsii .cereus أسفرت الدراسة البٌولوجٌة لذبابة فاكهة البحر المتوسط على مدى عامٌن )7102 و7102 )عن عدد من النتائج التً استخدمت لتحدٌد التوزٌع الزمنً و المكانً لهجمات الذبابة على فاكهة البرتقال. أظهرت دراسة حاالت إصابة فاكهة البرتقال بثقوب التعشٌش والفواكه الساقطة ان لها عالقة كبٌرة باالتجاه وتارٌخ المالحظة وعٌنة األشجار خالل فترة الدراسة. وقد أعطى نشاط مبٌد الحشرات لتربة الدٌاتومٌٌت على ذبابة فاكهة البحر المتوسط نتائج هامة للغاٌة على مختلف المراحل )الٌرقات، الشرنقات والكبار(. حصلنا على سم/ملغ 022871 CL50 3 3 للٌرقات، و011803 ملغ/سم 7 للشرنقات و7.387 ملغ/سم للكبار. كما أظهر نشاط مبٌد الحشرات لتربة الدٌاتومٌٌت على ٌرقات دودة الخٌط الحدٌدٌة agriote نتائج جد اٌجابٌة مع LC50 1871 7 ملغ/سم . مع ذللك لم تعطً تربة الدٌاتومٌٌت أي فعالٌة ضد الفطرٌات او البكترٌا. النتائج التً تم الحصول علٌها تسمح لنا بالتوصٌة باستخدام تربة الدٌاتومٌٌت كمبٌدات طبٌعٌة وبدٌل عن المبٌدات الحشرٌة لحماٌة و ضمان صحة المستهلك وبٌئته. الكلمات المفتاحية: تربة الدٌاتومٌٌت، ذبابة فاكهة البحر المتوسط، دودة الخٌط الحدٌدٌة agriote ،مبٌد حشرات. Résumé : Cette étude est une contribution à la connaissance de l’activité biologique de la diatomite, insecticide sur la cératite et les taupins, et antifongique sur Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium sambucinum, Aspergillus niger et Sclerptium rolfsii et antibactérienne sur Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus et Bacillus cereus. L’étude bioécologique de Ceratitis capitata (Diptera ; Tephritidae) durant deux années (2017 et 2018), a permis d’obtenir un certain nombre de résultats qui ont servi à connaitre la répartition spatiotemporelle des attaques de la cératite sur les fruits de Citrus sinensis (oranges). L’étude des infestations en fonction des trous de ponte et des fruits chutés a montré un impact significatif des facteurs orientation, date d’observation et arbre échantillonné sur les attaques de ce phytophage durant la période d’étude. L’activité insecticide de la diatomite sur la cératite a donné des résultats hautement significatifs sur les différents stades (larve, pupe et adulte). En effet, nous avons obtenu des CL50 de ; 158,29 mg/cm3 pour les larves, 109,43 mg/cm3 pour les pupes et 3,262 mg/cm2 pour les adultes. L’activité insecticide de la diatomite sur les larves des agriotes a présenté aussi des résultats hautement significatifs avec une CL50 de 0.20 mg/cm2 . Cependant, la terre de diatomée n’a eu aucune activité antifongique sur toutes les souches testées. Les résultats obtenus nous permettent donc de préconiser la diatomite comme insecticide naturel pour l’agriculture biologique et comme alternative aux pesticides protégeant ainsi la santé et l’environnement du consommateur. Abstract: This study is a contribution to the knowledge of the biological activity of diatomaceous earth, insecticide on ceratitis and wireworms, antifungal on Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium sambucinum, Aspergillus niger and Sclerptium rolfsii and antibacterial on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus. The bioecological study of Ceratitis capitata (Diptera; Tephritidae) during two years (2017 and 2018), allowed to obtain a certain number of results which were used to know the spatiotemporal distribution of the attacks of ceratitis on the fruits of Citrus sinensis (oranges). The study of infestations as a function of egg-laying holes and fallen fruits showed a significant impact of orientation, date of observation and tree sampled factors on attacks by this phytophagous during the study period. The insecticidal activity of diatomaceous earth on ceratitis has given highly significant results on the various stages (larva, pupa and adult). In fact, we obtained LC50 of; 158.29 mg / cm3 for larvae, 109.43 mg / cm3 for pupae and 3.262 mg / cm2. The insecticidal activity of diatomaceous earth on agriote larvae also showed highly significant results with an LC50 of 0.20 mg / cm2. However, diatomaceous earth had no antifungal activity on all of the strains tested. The results obtained therefore allow us to recommend diatomite as a natural insecticide for organic farming and as an alternative to pesticides, thus protecting the health and environment of consumers.
