ملخص: ODD هو مفهوم حديث وجديد للبشرية ، ظهر منذ منتصف القرن العشرين مع الثورة الصناعية وتداعياتها على البيئة. فكرتنا هي تقديم هذا الموضوع وأهميته وهذه الأهداف وتأثيرها على مستقبل البشرية ، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار جدوى الأهداف في العالم ، وخاصة في الجزائر في سياق عالمي للنشاط البشري الذي لا يمكن السيطرة عليه ، على النحو التالي: العولمة وهيمنة القوى العظمى واللوبي الاقتصادي السياسي. الكلمة الرئيسية: أهداف التنمية المستدامة ، قوانين البيئة ، صناعة ، تلوث ، الجزائر. Résumé : L’ODD est un concept récent et nouveau pour l’humanité, il a apparu à partir du milieu du vingtième siècle avec la révolution industrielle et ces conséquences sur l’environnement. Notre idée est de présenter cette thématique, son importance, ces objectifs, et son impacte sur l’avenir de l’humanité, on prenant au compte, la faisabilité des objectifs dans le monde, et surtout en Algérie dans un contexte globale de l’activité humaine incontrôlable, suite à la mondialisation et l’hégémonie des grandes puissances et du lobby économico- politiques. Mot clé : ODD, lois de l’environnement, industrie, pollutions, Algérie Summary : The ODD is a recent and new concept for mankind, it appeared from the middle of the twentieth century with the industrial revolution and its consequences on the environment. Our idea is to present this theme, its importance, these objectives, and its impact on the future of humanity, taking into account the feasibility of the objectives in the world, and especially in Algeria in a global context of the uncontrollable human activity, following globalization and the hegemony of the great powers and the economic-political lobby.
