Determinación del estado actual del servicio de agua potable de la fuente hídrica superficial del centro poblado de Ochamé-2015

La investigación se realizó en el centro poblado Ochamé – Jepelacio – Moyobamba, desde enero a diciembre del 2016. Los objetivos fueron: determinar la calidad del agua mediante los análisis físico-químicos y microbiológicos, determinar el nivel de satisfacción del servicio actual de agua potable en los pobladores a través de una encuesta, evaluar la situación actual de la infraestructura existente, mediante diagnóstico hidráulico de los componentes del sistema y efectuar el diseño del sistema de abastecimiento de agua potable. El enunciado del problema fue: ¿Cuál es el estado actual del servicio de agua potable de la fuente hídrica superficial del centro poblado de Ochamé? La hipótesis alternativa fue: Si determinamos el estado actual de la fuente hídrica superficial del centro poblado Ochamé encontramos que la infraestructura existente es deficiente, la hipótesis nula fue: Si determinamos el estado actual de la fuente hídrica superficial del centro poblado Ochamé encontramos que la infraestructura existente no es deficiente y finalmente la hipótesis a demostrar fue: Si determinamos el estado actual de la fuente hídrica superficial del centro poblado Ochamé encontramos que la infraestructura existente es deficiente. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: los análisis físico-químicos y microbiológicos en la fuente está dentro de los ECA´s; los análisis físico-químicos de la muestra 2, 3 y 4 están dentro de los LMP´s y los análisis microbiológicos de las mismas están fuera de los LMP´s; la mayoría de las personas hierven el agua antes de su consumo y consideran que el monto que pagan por el mantenimiento del servicio actual es bajo, pero hay un porcentaje que la toman sin ninguna prevención y creen que el monto que pagan por el servicio es justo; el caudal en época de avenida es más alto que en estiaje; la infraestructura existente es deficiente; se hizo el diseño del sistema logrando el funcionamiento eficiente del sistema.

The research was conducted in the town of Ochamé - Jepelacio, Moyobamba, from January to December 2016. The objectives were: to determine water quality through physical-chemical and microbiological analyses, to determine the level of satisfaction of the current drinking water service among the inhabitants through a survey, to evaluate the current state of existing infrastructure through hydraulic diagnosis of the system components and to design a drinking water supply system. The statement of the problem was: What is the current status of drinking water service at the surface water source in the town of Ochamé? The alternative hypothesis was: If we determine the current status of the surface water source of Ochamé's population center we'll find that the existing infrastructure is deficient; the null hypothesis was: If we determine the current status of the surface water source of Ochamé's population center we'll find that the existing infrastructure is not deficient; and finally the hypothesis to be demonstrated was: If we determine the current status of the surface water source of Ochamé's population center we'll find that the existing infrastructure is deficient. The results obtained were: The physical-chemical and microbiological analyses at the source are within EQS's; the physical-chemical analyses of samples 2, 3 and 4 are within MPL's and the microbiological analyses of the same are outside MPL's. Most people boil their water before it is consumed and consider that the amount they pay for the maintenance of the current service is low, but there is a percentage of people who drink it without any prevention and believe that the amount they pay for the service is fair. The flow rate in the flood season is higher than in the low season; the existing infrastructure is deficient; the system was designed to ensure the efficient operation of the system.
