New data on the survival of tomato pathogens after overwintering | Новые данные по сохранности возбудителей болезней томата после перезимовки

anglais. Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is affected by various pathogens of fungal and fungal-like diseases. Soil containing pathogens in the arable layer or on infected plant residue is usually considered the main source of infection. In this work, the overwintering survival of pathogens on trellises and garter materials used for cultivation of several tomato varieties and hybrids has been proven for the first time. The survival of tomato pathogens after overwintering and storage in the open air for one year and two years was assessed. Field research was carried out at the site of the Garden non-profit partnership Agronom, created by employees of the Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy and located near the Dubna River in the Kimry district of the Tver region, Russia, where in the growing season of 2021 on a tomato plantation of 50 plants, diseases at significant level were noted. The trellises - dry miskantus stems and wooden slats with pieces of twine attached to them released after the tomato harvest - were placed in the open air from August 2021 to July 18, 2023. After a year storage of trellises and garter material in the open air, viable propagules of tomato leaf mold agent Cladosporium fulvum Cooke, septoria leaf spot agent Septoria lycopersici Speg., early blight agent Alternaria alternata Sorauer, oospores of late blight agent Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary, molds Chaetomium globosum Kunze and Aspergillus Micheli, as well as agents from genera Fusarium Link, Phoma (Saccardo) and Helminthosporium Link were detected. After two-year storage in the open air at analogical trellises Cladosporium fulvum conidia were found on all 14 trellises, and only two trellises revealed single oospores of Phytophthora infestans. All detected conidia and oospores looked viable.

russe. Томат (Solanum lycopersicum L.), который широко выращивается в мире и в России, поражается различными возбудителями грибных и грибоподобных заболеваний. Мы оценили сохранность возбудителей болезней томата на шпалерах к растениям после перезимовки под открытым небом в течение одного года и двух лет. Полевые исследования проводили на участке СНТ Агроном РГАУ-МСХА им. К.А. Тимирязева (Тверская обл., Кимрский р-н, вблизи р. Дубна), где в вегетационный сезон 2021 года на посадках томата (примерно 50 растений) отмечалось сильное поражение растений болезнями. Выращивали 9 сортов и гибридов томата: Сибирский скороспелый, Де Барао, Демидов, Клуша, Малиновое пламя F1, Пламя F1, Тасманский шоколад, Для внучат F1, Джекпот F1. Шпалеры (сухие стебли мискантуса и деревянные рейки вместе с прикрепленными к ним отрезками шпагата), высвободившиеся после уборки урожая томата, размещали под открытым небом с середины августа 2021 года до 18 июля 2023 года. После годичного хранения шпалер и подвязочного материала под открытым небом на них были обнаружены жизнеспособные формы возбудителей бурой пятнистости Cladosporium fulvum Cooke, белой пятнистости Septoria lycopersici Speg., альтернариоза Alternaria alternata Sorauer, фитофтороза (ооспоры) Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary, плесневые грибы Chaetomium globosum Kunze и Aspergillus Micheli, а также представители родов Fusarium Link, Phoma (Saccardo) и Helminthosporium Link. Через 2 года хранения под открытым небом на аналогичных шпалерах были обнаружены конидии Cladosporium fulvum на всех 14 образцах подпор. И только на двух образцах этой партии шпалер выявлены единичные ооспоры Phytophthora infestans. Все конидии и ооспоры выглядели жизнеспособными.
