Preliminary studies on proteolytic activity in carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) larvae intestines

Proteolytic activity and pH in intestines of carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) larvae aged 1 to 12 days were determined. The larvae were fed with natural food, artificial feeds, and starved. Diet-dependent growth rate5 were determined.
