Scope of Protection Provided in the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Plant Variety Rights: Prospects for Comparative Analyzes

Scope of protection of plant variety rights granted to variety owner as provided for by Ukrainian legislation is established. Thus, basis is created to enable comparative analyzes of the national system of plant variety protection with analogous sys-terns existing in other countries, in particular, the protection available with utility patent.
